since i've worked at TOPMAN for a month, lemme list down my thoughts of its pros and cons.

PROS

1. Relaxed working environment / not so stress
2. Some colleagues are good
3. Very Very understanding supervisor. The reason i'm still here is partly due to him. I owed him so much.
4. Reasonable pay
5. Sometimes meet friend
6. Generally male customers are not as fussy or difficult as the female customers.

CONS

1. Got some stress also lah. Must fill up the GEMS (Go Extra Mile Service) card. i mean, the CUSTOMERS themselves should volunteerily write them if they really appreaciate our help. U dun go to customers and say "Sir, since i had offered my excellent service to you, why dun u write this GEMS card for me? Its a more distinguished form of expressing your 'thank you' to me. Please, pretty please?"
2. Got mystery shopper.
3. Some colleagues are not so good
4. Sometimes met friend that i dun want to meet
5. My friends are always tailing me for DISCOUNTS!
