Sth bothering me again. Its how the Chinese (yes, CHINESE, Chinese and more Chinese!) educate and bring up their children in our LOVELY singapore. My (chinese) supervisor told me the most the most effective way (to her, that is) to encourage children how to study effectively. U now wat she said? If they got an A for any subject, give them $50 in hard, cold cash prize. In tat way,they will STUDY. OF COURSE! Study for money!! Her brother in law even gave $100 for each A!

That is y these Chinese(yes, Chinese, Chinese and more Chinese!) are so MONEY-minded. They are groomed from young! So if ur 4 children got 8 As each for their O levels, ure bound to file for a bankruptcy report.
